Pricing:

  • $20: Includes 8 Attempts ($2.50 per attempt)

Odds of a Hole-In-One:

  • PGA Tour Professionals: ~1 in 3,000
  • Low-handicap players: ~1 in 5,000
  • Average amateurs: ~1 in 12,000

Prize:

  • The prize for achieving a hole-in-one is $5,000.
  • The prize will be paid within 48 business hours.
  • To qualify for the $5,000 prize, the hole-in-one must be recorded using Condor Lounge’s equipment and live-streamed during the attempt.

Rules:

  1. Setup Requirements:
    • The system setup will be managed exclusively by staff.
    • Must be Live Streaming and Recordings
  2. Hole-in-One Definition:
    • A hole-in-one is achieved if the ball goes directly into the hole in a single stroke without bouncing out.
  3. Ball Usage:
    • Only approved balls provided by Condor Lounge for this challenge are permitted.
    • Each ball counts as a single attempt – no re-dos, substitutions, or exceptions.
  4. Payment & Participation:
    • Players must pay the corresponding fee before the challenge begins.
    • All participants are responsible for adhering to time slots and schedules as outlined by staff.
  5. Decisions Are Final:
    • The staff’s decision on the validity of a hole-in-one is final and non-negotiable.

  6. Eligibility:

    • Participants must be 18 years or older to take part in the challenge, or participate with a legal guardian.

  7. Time Limits and Participation Rules

    • Participants must complete their challenge within a reasonable time-frame, with no longer than 1 minute per attempt purchased once all setup is complete. Otherwise Subject to booking fees.

    • Staff Eligibility:
      Staff members are not eligible to participate unless explicitly approved by ownership.

    • Right to Deny Participation:
      Condor Lounge reserves the right to deny participation to any individual at its discretion. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  8. Multiple Prize Clause

    • A participant may only claim one hole-in-one prize per session, regardless of the number of holes-in-one achieved during the session. Additional holes-in-one will not be eligible for additional prizes

  9. Technical Issues or System Malfunction Clause

    • In the event of a technical issue, system malfunction, or any suspected tampering or cheating, the Condor Lounge reserves the right to disqualify the participant and void any prize claims. Decisions regarding the validity of game play or prize eligibility will be made at the sole discretion of management and are final.

Waiver of Liability: By participating in the Hole-in-One Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk:
    • Golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to yourself or others. Participants assume all risks associated with the challenge.
  2. Release of Liability:
    • Condor Lounge, its staff, and management are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation.
  3. Equipment Use:
    • Participants agree to use the provided equipment responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.
  4. Agreement to Rules:
    • By entering, players acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations
  5. Media Release:
    • By participating in the Hole-in-One Challenge, you grant Condor Lounge permission to film, photograph, record, and live stream your participation. You agree that this media may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials, without compensation.

      Prize Payout & Taxation

      • The Hole-in-One Challenge offers a cash prize of $5,000 for participants who successfully achieve a hole-in-one on Pebble Beach Hole #5 using TrackMan at Condor Lounge.
      • The prize is awarded as a lump sum cash payout and is not subject to personal income tax under Canadian tax laws.
      • Winners are responsible for reporting their winnings to tax authorities if required.

        Entry Fees & Tax Implications

        • An entry fee applies to participate in the challenge.
        • HST/GST may be applicable on the entry fee, in accordance with Canadian tax regulations. Any applicable taxes will be included in the final amount charged.
        • Entry fees are non-refundable, except in cases of system malfunctions or technical issues as determined by Condor Lounge management
