RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS:

3) Select Area (BAY 1 & 2 Trackman VIP and Bay 3-6 Uneekor)
3) Select Time

– Reservation module will only show available DATES and TIMEFRAMES that are available for that specific BAY & TIME:
– Example: if you only see a 30 or a 60 MIN window that means the later times are UNAVAILABLE & to try another BAY or TIME.
– UPON arrival confirm your START & END time as during this busy season we can have groups start IMMEDIATAELY at your end time.

MULTIPLE BAYS BOOKING: We suggest no more than 4 golfers on the Uneekor bays 3-6, and not more than 6 golfers for Trackman bays 1-2, but the space and the lounge area can accommodate larger groups who are not golfing and just spectating.

Booking Terms And Conditions

Please note that we ask for your credit card information to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel the reservation or reduce the number of hours for your booking, we ask that you do so 24 hours before your reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of reservation or for cancellations 24 hours before a reservation; however, should you be unable to cancel and do not join us, there will be a $25 per hours booked per bay as a cancellation fee applied to your credit card. We appreciate your confidence in us and promise that our personal information is protected to the best of our ability.

Automatic Gratuity Policy**

Applicability: A 20% automatic gratuity applies to groups of 6+ for table, bay, or lounge services, private events, or VIP bookings.
Bay Services: Bookings for indoor golf bays or multi-purpose areas with 6+ participants are subject to automatic gratuity.
Reservations: Automatic gratuity applies to large-party reservations, including dining and lounge seating.
Walk-In Groups: Groups of 6+ seated together, including at the bar, may be subject to automatic gratuity at management discretion.
Private Events/Packages: Pre-arranged events or group packages will include a mandatory 20% service charge.
Split Bills: Automatic gratuity applies even if the bill is split among group members.
Notice: Patrons will be informed of automatic gratuity during booking or at service time via menus, emails, or venue signage.
Exclusions: Automatic gratuity doesn’t apply to standard bar service unless the group size exceeds the threshold.
Discretion: Management may apply or waive gratuity based on unique circumstances, such as complaints or walk-in dynamics.
