Private Event Minimum Spend Guidelines – Minimum 3-hour booking required

Host your private event with exclusive access to Condor Lounge — the venue is closed to the public during your booking. Your hourly rate functions as a minimum spend for the duration of your stay (not a rental fee) and is fully applied toward food, drinks, bottle service, and custom media packages. Because  you have exclusive access to all 6 bays — including 2 TrackMan and 4 Uneekor bays — for golf, lounging, gaming, or entertainment use, a value of $320/hour is automatically credited toward your hourly spend minimum. The remaining balance simply goes toward your food and beverage selections. We offer a full-service bottle and food menu, and recommend pre-ordering large food orders or specific alcohol items in advance. Outside catering may be considered upon request and is subject to a 20% catering fee — only the catering fee portion can be applied toward the spend minimum.

Additional Notes:

• Gaming consoles, club rentals & accessories not included in the minimum spend
• HST + 20% automatic gratuity added to the final bill
