Welcome to Condor Lounge. Enjoy your time here safely. By using our golf simulator facilities, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in indoor golf activities. Please read and understand the terms below.
1 Assumption of Risk
Using golf simulators involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Accidental contact with golf clubs or balls
- Improper use of equipment
- Injuries caused by others
- Tripping, slipping, or impact with fixtures or walls
By using the simulators, you understand and voluntarily accept these risks.
2 Release of Liability
By using the simulators, you release Condor Lounge, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims related to injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or not.
3 Safety & Conduct
- Make sure your swing area is clear before hitting
- Use only approved equipment
- Avoid reckless behavior
- Limit alcohol or substance use that may impair judgment
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal without refund.
4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Condor Lounge against any claims resulting from your actions while using our facilities.
5 Acknowledgement
- By entering the simulator area, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver
- You accept the terms voluntarily
- You are of legal age, or have guardian consent if under 18
